So not a whole bunch happened this week. The older district in our branch left on Monday, and we got a new district in our branch yesterday. Our elders would always hang out with the elders in the district that left, so now they hang out with us all the time now. It's kind of nice now, because our district is so unified.
In other news, this may not be exciting to you, but I'm so excited about it. I DREAMED IN SPANISH! Well part of my dream was in Spanish, but I'm counting it. My Spanish is getting a lot better, but it still needs a lot of work. Now it feels weird, when I pray in English. It really does... I'm also understanding the scriptures better in Spanish. I understand the general concept all the time now, but only about 60% of the time do I understand every word.
My district had three days of solo español this week. Normally people do three days in their last week at the CCM, but our teacher really pushes us to speak Spanish all the time. I understand why; it's just frustrating sometimes, because I still need to work on my Spanish grammar and expanding my vocabulary. Whenever I get frustrated, I remind myself that I've been here only a month, and I feel better after that.
It's great here. I feel like my testimony has really been strengthen, and my prayers are completely different. Before, I believed God listened to my prayers and answered them, but now I feel like He is listening intently, and His answers are becoming clearer and clearer to me. I love the gospel; I know it's true, and I know that through living the principles of the gospel, any problem can be helped. Anyone can come to Christ, sometimes it takes time and a whole lot of faith, but no one is without hope of redemption.
I love y'all! Until next week!
